Finally, my team and I have reached a long-awaited milestone - the opening of our own school. Prior to this, I had managed a private school under the contract for four years, during which time we succeeded in forming a strong team of professional educators who love children and are dedicated to their future.

In September, we will open the doors of our school, Algorithm School, located in the Uchtepa district near the Algorithm residential area. It is conveniently situated for residents of the Uchtepa, Chilanzar, and Sergeli districts. There, we will bring to life our dreams of raising a well-rounded generation ready for success!

The educational program will be based on the 4C method - communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. From the Finnish model, we are adopting features as freedom for students, support for their self-expression, group games, longer breaks, more academic freedom for teachers, and a strong parent committee. From the Asian model, we are incorporating the intensity of mathematics and language instruction - English and Arabic.

The languages of instruction are Uzbek, Russian, and English (with some subjects in the upper grades taught in English). Mathematics, English, and Arabic will be taught at an intensive level. In the upper grades, students will be prepared for IELTS and SAT exams.

Additionally, we are creating our own educational system aimed at forming both national and universal values. It will include elements such as student self-organization and support for their initiatives, important conversations with me and invited guests, encouragement of honesty and mutual assistance, studying the life journeys of great scientists from the past, prohibiting smartphones during the school day, and much more. From an early age, special emphasis will be placed on history and literature, as these subjects help develop critical thinking and form values. We do not want to prepare a generation that knows English but has a narrow worldview. We will be preparing future leaders, innovators, and individuals with their own opinions who are not afraid to express them.

Another distinguishing feature of our school is that we are launching a school for parents. Today, some parents often don't know how to properly motivate their child to study well, how to avoid damaging their psyche, or how to address their shortcomings. To help them, we will conduct free lectures and seminars for our students' parents once every two weeks, from September to May. We will reveal the secrets of fostering interest in learning and explain the main mistakes parents might make. For us, parents are not clients. They are partners.

We also ensure a high level of safety and comfort for students and parents. Comfortable furniture, electronic whiteboards in all classrooms, large areas for socializing and active leisure within the school, a waiting room for parents, easy access and parking, a bookstore at the entrance and a large library inside, restaurant-quality chefs, and much more.
